Property Description
Our Ceiba Apartment is one of only three units of Casa Akasha, a cute small tropical guesthouse with pool in the heart of Bacalar.
The location is simply perfect both for a short visit of Bacalar or for a longer stay to get the real taste of this amazing town, since you can basically walk everywhere: to the lagoon (we have a great public spot just around the corner), the market (fresh veggies from the nearby towns!), the center (restaurants) and even a great Arts Center a couple of blocks away!
Ceiba Apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and a lovely and comfortable hammock. The bathroom is spacious, the shower has hot water and great pressure, the kitchenette/working space is just perfect to prepare and cook easy meals and the apartment also has a private portion of patio.
The design combines minimalism and Mexican craftsmanship, from its wood work to the cushions and macramé pieces, making the space perfect to relax and unwind.
The common area, shared by only three units in total, features a little pool, sun beds and a big wooden table immersed in trees and plants.
